Phone Software Support

Lynk phone software support gives you continuous software support and training by phone Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. With this service you can call Lynk with any Business Basic application program questions or software help you need (e.g. file full, year end, IDOL reports, how to remove erroneous data, how to run seldom used programs, etc.) for the period of time it is purchased.

If you have a modem, we can, via the modem, run your computer, check your software and make changes if needed. This does not cover writing any new programs, nor modifying existing programs, but it does give you total software support on the Business Basic application programs you currently have on your computer.

When you have Software Support with Lynk, we maintain a complete duplicate of the programs we have supplied to you on one of the hard disks on our computers. This is additional backup in case of a catastrophe. It does not include your data which you need to backup daily.
